All of the Parkside beat was included on today's outing, with Rick and Lee also spending time around Rush Green (7.18 miles).

Starting off in Hooks Hall Drive, visits of the Parkside area included Ely Gardens (1.25pm), Highland Avenue (1.29pm) and Home Gardens (1.37pm, p), along with Eastbrook Close (1.53pm), Woodshire Road and Luke Allsopp Square (2.16pm, p). It was then through Central Park towards Horace (2.45pm) and Philip Avenue.

Harveys Lane (3.02pm) and all 1.1 miles of Parish Fields (3.09pm, p) were next, with Great Cullings, Valentines Way and The Chase also involved.
